Shipping Info

We pride ourselves in providing our valued customers with the finest range of cigars and cigar accessories. The onus is on us to get your product to you quickly and securely. Your cigars will arrive fresh and in original impeccable condition.

Out of Stock:
We will NOT process your credit card until we have confirmed your order and we verify we still have the item(s) in stock. If BigSmokes.Com does not have the product in stock at the time of purchase, we will inform you accordingly.

Shipping Address:
Shipments can only be sent to the card holders billing address. If you require shipment to a different address, YOU MUST contact your card issuer and have the second address added to your account as a valid address for address verification purposes. This can normally be done instantly by phone. Orders prepaid by international money orders can be shipped anywhere you specify. Please contact us if you have any questions.

FOR NEW YORK STATE CUSTOMERS - (DOES NOT APPLY TO CIGAR PURCHASES AND NON-TOBACCO ITEMS)

New York State Residents must allow for State Tax (8.00%) and Tobacco Tax (33%). This includes any tobacco purchased from a different state, province, or country being shipped to a location inside New York State, USA. This Tax will be manually added to your order after checkout and does not apply to cigars and non-tobacco items.

Customs Info:

All rates and taxes applicable in the destination country shall be the responsibility of the goods receiver. We suggest you contact your customs agency for further information. We will not be liable for any delay on the order delivery caused by customs services. Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, or other restrictions imposed by the destination country. Tobacco related laws differ from one country to another and any VAT, taxes, or customs, if applicable, shall be paid upon receipt of shipment. ALL SHIPMENTS WILL BE DECLARED AS THE EXACT CONTENTS.

Payment Info

All online payments are processed through our 128-bit SSL secured website.

Credit Card:
We accept payment via VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX only at this time. Please make sure that your billing address associated with your credit card is the SAME as your shipping address. We will only ship to the address on your VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX.

Pricing:
All prices on this site are in U.S. DOLLARS. You will be billed in US Dollars. BigSmokes.Com is owned and operated by Mindscend Communications Inc.

Returns and Refunds
BigSmokes.Com guarantees every product we sell and will gladly replace or refund any defective item returned in its original packaging within 10 days (minus shipping charges), only if a Return Authorization Number has been issued and is clearly written on the returned package. Items returned without a valid Return Authorization Number are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Cancelled orders are subject to a $10.00 Service Fee to cover our credit card processors transaction fees.

If you are not satisfied with the condition of the cigars, and you have not smoked more than 2 (out of a box of 20 or more), then we will accept the return and issue you a full credit. If you have smoked more than 2, then we will only issue a pro-rated credit, per stick. Returns for cigars will only be accepted with original cellophane sleeves, tubes, or other "individual" packaging still intact. Please note that Clearance Items and Cigar Seconds are not covered by this policy and because taste is such a personal thing, we will not accept returns for or cigars that you just do not like the flavor of and that have no quality issues.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the condition or freshness of any of our cigars or if you receive damaged merchandise, simply contact us, let us know the problem, and we will give you full return instructions or simply refund or replace your order.

All our cigars are stored in climate controlled conditions with a relative humidity of 67-70% to ensure quality and freshness.

Ordering:
You will receive a confirmation email with your order once you complete the checkout. Please allow 24-36 hours for your order to be processed.
